Our tasting menu distills the essence of Ingleside into a guided progression — a narrative shaped by fire, aging, and transformation. Named after the stages of fire, each season deepens in flavour and intensity: Ignition, where bright and expressive notes spark the journey; Embers, where time and patience draw out warmth and complexity; and Inferno, where smoke and concentration reach their peak. Together, they capture the rhythm of our kitchen — from spark to flame, from fire to flavour.
