A Night by the Fire with Chef Andy Lim

In an intimate one-day collaboration, Chef Louis Chan and guest chef Andy Lim will come together to explore the language of flame and fermentation. The evening will be featuring a five-course menu where woodfire met time — aged meats kissed by smoke, and ferments layered with quiet depth. Each dish was a conversation between two philosophies, united by curiosity, respect, and the shared pursuit of flavour that lingers long after the embers fade.
